During my recent stay at a hotel in Chester, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenities in my suite. To my delight, they provided me with a trouser press, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, tea and coffee with a kettle. The availability of these extras made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and prime location.

Had very good stay for a 3rd time. The staff there were attentive and decent. Everything was amazing and within 15 minutes' drive of Chester Hawarden airport. We loved being here.

We loved the central location of this place! It's just a walk away from the main street with all the shops and very near the railway station too. The service here was top-notch with exceptional customer service from staff who were on the night shift. They offered us a welcome drink upon arrival and we were impressed with the room amenities - ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe.

I really enjoyed staff and location, they were very good. Big beds, iron/ironing board, a work desk and a TV set in the room. The decor was nice.
